Delete your account & data
Liu Cards · Last updated: July 20, 2026
Liu Cards creates an anonymous account for you automatically (a random ID — no email or password). Here's how to delete your data or your whole account.
Delete individual cards (in the app)
You can remove your data yourself at any time, without deleting your account:
- On any card you own in the feed, tap the trash button to delete that card.
- Cards you delete are removed from our servers as well as your device.
Delete your entire account and all data
To permanently delete your account and everything associated with it — all of your cards, your saved decks and review history, your channels, and your subscriptions — do it in the app:
- Open the menu (top-right).
- Tap Delete account and data at the bottom.
- Read what will be removed, then tap Delete my account. The deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
This works whether or not you ever signed in.
If you no longer have the app
Email info@codesuma.dev with the subject "Liu Cards account deletion". If you signed in with Google or Apple, email us from that address so we can locate your account. We will permanently delete your account and associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your user account and ID (anonymous or signed-in).
- All flashcards you created, including cards you published to your channels.
- Your channels and their subscriber records.
- Your saved decks, review history, and study sessions.
- Your channel subscriptions.
Cards you published to a channel are removed for everyone, including users who saved them. Channels owned by other people are not affected — only your subscription to them is removed.
Data kept after deletion
We do not retain your content after deletion. We may keep minimal records required to meet legal obligations or prevent abuse, for no longer than necessary.
Removing the app
Uninstalling the app removes it from your device. Because Liu Cards stores your cards on our servers, uninstalling alone does not delete your account — use the steps above for that.
